Cranberry Brie Bites

Simple savory appetizer or small bite perfect for parties

I’ve made this recipe on several occasions and it was always a hit. I personally prefer to make them in a mini muffin pan. They seem to have a better ratio at this size. If using a mini muffin pan keep in mind the amount of bites will change so just cut every a little bit smaller.

These can be topped with pecans, rosemary, etc. For a nut free option I topped mine with granola for a little texture and visual appeal.
