Creamy Black Raspberry Lemonade

Simple zero sugar drink
pinit

There was a point in my life if you would have tried to explain to me a drink that was creamy and fizzy I would have thought it sounded wild. Then I tried the Starbucks Pink Drink and became obsessed. However due to the sugar content it was not something that I could have very often.

Fast forward – on a whim, I mixed Sparkling Ice and Heavy Whipping Cream and ooh we have a product that is fairly similar to a Starbucks Pink Drink with way more flavor options and zero sugar. This would count as a keto drink!

I only had the Classic Lemonade and the Black Raspberry Sparkling Ice drinks on hand. I decided to mix them both in equal parts and top with heavy whipping cream and strawberries.

I ended up with a delicious, low sugar and super simple drink. I have been making this drink multiple times a week since the weather has started getting warmer. Since a single mixed drink only requires a half cup from 2 different Sparkling Ices, the bottles last long enough that you can make almost 4 drinks!

While you can add as much or as little heavy cream as you would like, I use no more than a TBSP for each half cup of Sparkling Ice or it becomes milkier than I would like a knock off pink drink to be. You can add optional berries to make the drink a closer copycat .. plus it’s prettier with berries!

I would not make this recipe too much in advance or in too large quantities because it tends to separate and even stirring does not put mix the flavors again properly. However it’s so simple to assemble it’s not difficult to wipe up multiple batches.
