Instructions

  1. Start by making soft boiled eggs

  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions or in a rapid ramen cooker in the microwave

  3. Roast corn in a small pan

  4. While eggs, noodles and corn are cooking mix dry seasonings in a small bowl then add peanut butter, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce and combine to create sauce

  5. Once eggs are cooked carefully peel and cut in half

  6. Drain ramen noodles when finished. Once corn has acquired some color remove from heat

  7. Combine the ramen noodles and sauce, making sure to coat well. Top with roasted corn and soft boiled egg or whatever meat and veggies of your choice

  8. Enjoy!

Note

I made my ramen in the microwave using an instant ramen cooker. Feel free to top with your choice of veggies and meats such as grilled chicken.
