Cranberry Brie Bites

I've made this recipe on several occasions and it was always a hit. I personally prefer to make them in a mini muffin pan. They seem to have a better ratio at this size. If using a mini muffin pan keep in mind the amount of bites will change so just cut every a little bit smaller.

These can be topped with pecans, rosemary, etc. For a nut free option I topped mine with granola for a little texture and visual appeal.

Description

Super simple savory appetizer or small bite perfect for parties. This recipe can be made with 3 ingredients and 45 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 1 tube crescent dough sheet
  • 1 wheel brie
  • 1/2 can whole cranberry sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Roll out dough and cut into 24 small squares, spray tin with a nonstick spray. Place dough in muffin tin (if using mini muffin pan make the squares smaller to fit into mini muffin wells)

  3. Cut brie into 24 pieces, place cheese in dough wells (again adjust amount if using mini muffin pan)

  4. Top dough and cheese with cranberry sauce

  5. Bake. Follow directions on the dough package. 375 for about 15 minutes or golden brown

  6. Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to cool slightly, serve warm.
